Huawei announced its latest foldable flagship, the Mate X2. it features an inward folding design. Inner display measures 8” inch with squarish aspect ratio of 8:7.1 and a resolution of 2480 x 2200. The external screen is 6.45” in diagonal and has a 21:9 aspect ratio. Both screens are OLED panels with 90Hz refresh rate.
The Huawei Mate X2 has quad camera on the back is 50MP with supports of OIS and can record 4K video. it can be used to shoot selfies too with secondary screen.The next camera is 10x periscope lens (f/4.4) with OIS It offers 20x hybrid zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. There’s also a mid-range zoom module with a 12MP sensor, 3x optical magnification with OIS.There is also a uktra wide angle 16MP sensor. It also act as a macro camera as well
There is only one “front” camera and it is on the secondary display. This means that the large inner display is free of holes and notches, its good but the same time that you can’t use it for video calls while using the large display. There’s also a fingerprint reader mounted on the side.
The Huawei Mate X2 is powered by the Kirin 9000 chipset. It has four Cortex-A77 cores and four A55 core, plus a Mali-G78 MP24 GPU. The device running on EMUI 11.0 based on Android 10. The phone has 8 GB of RAM plus 256 or 512 GB of storage. The device also support 5G. The 4,500 mAh battery supports Super Fast charging at 55W using the supplied adapter. There’s no 3.5 mm jack
The Huawei Mate X2 will be available in China from February 25. The 256GB version will cost CNY 18,000, the 512GB version is CNY 19,000. The converted price are here for your reference 256GB - Rs 2,01,700 Approx. 512GB - Rs 2,12,900 Approx. There is no any confirmation on launch outside China.
